Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase open plot real estate projects to potential buyers.
  • Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review and decision-making.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand network and knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for real estate transactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate but Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be preferred.
  • Proven track record of minimum 03 years of success in residential real estate sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales techniques.
